This morning, we sailed the Rhine from Boppard to Rüdesheim. It was advertised as a beautiful sailing, and it delivered. Time and schedule do not permit me to present a carefully-curated and researched set of photos, so here are three from the start of the sailing.
Rosh Hashanah begins in a few minutes; we will be spending the evening at a monastery for a wine tasting. Assuming we are not struck dead, I’ll tell you more about it tomorrow.
