We stayed home on Thursday, but drove up to the Legion of Honor on Friday to see the Mary Cassatt exhibition before it closes later this month. We were not alone – we had to park most of the way down the road leading out of Lincoln Park, but it did give us a chance to enjoy a beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge on a glorious afternoon.
The exhibition was crowded but with a little patience, I was able to see and enjoy all of the paintings and prints. If you’re in the area, it’s worth visiting.
