No reason to get excited

It was a fairly typical Thursday, including a Toastmasters meeting, a walk, and a trip to the chiropractor. There was one element missing – grocery shopping at Lunardi’s to take advantage of their senior discount; our shopping list was empty!

Diane’s new monitor is set up and operational; she likes it, but this weekend will be the true test. She’ll be at a “virtual crop” for much of the weekend; if she and the monitor survive that, it should be safe to try to find a new home for her old monitor.

This afternoon, I got back to culling photos from Africa (specifically the day we spent in Chobe National Park). It was a good day for finding unusual birds, like this Bradfield’s hornbill.
