We went to see City Lights‘s production of The River Bride this afternoon.
It’s based on a Brazilian fairy tale, but you didn’t have to know anything about Brazil to enjoy the show. The staging was superb, as usual, and I found myself getting lost in the story.
It’s playing through June 11, and I recommend seeing it if you can.
